Cancellation Policy
- The booking amount is non-refundable.
- Ramadan Umrah packages may be non-refundable once confirmed, subject to airline, hotel and visa conditions.
- Visa fees are non-refundable in case of visa rejection or delay by the relevant authorities.
- Flight cancellation or date-change charges will be governed by the applicable airline policy.
- If the passenger cancels the journey, applicable airline, hotel, visa and service charges may be deducted.
- No refund will be provided for partially used services.
- No refund will be provided for unused accommodation, meals, transportation or Ziyarat services.
- Any eligible refund will be processed according to the applicable supplier and company terms.
