Day 01 :

Arrival in Jeddah & Transfer to Makkah

Arrive in Jeddah and proceed to Makkah by private transportation. After reaching the hotel, complete check-in and settle in. Under the guidance of the tour team, proceed to perform Umrah.

Day 02 :

Prayers at Masjid al-Haram

Spend the day in Makkah and proceed to Masjid al-Haram for prayers, worship, Tawaf, and personal duas.

Day 03 :

Makkah Ziyarat

Enjoy a guided Ziyarat tour of important religious and historical sites in and around Makkah under the supervision of the tour guide.

Day 04 :

Worship at Masjid al-Haram

Spend the day in worship and offer prayers at Masjid al-Haram. Use your free time for personal prayers, Tawaf, Dhikr, and spiritual reflection.

Day 05 :

Second Umrah

Visit Masjid Ayesha to prepare for the second Umrah with assistance from the tour guide. Transportation to Masjid Ayesha is to be arranged by the pilgrims themselves.

Day 06 :

Third Umrah

Perform the third Umrah after visiting Masjid Ayesha. Pilgrims will receive guidance from the tour team, while transportation arrangements to Masjid Ayesha will be the responsibility of the pilgrims.

Day 07 :

Worship & Leisure

Spend the day offering prayers at Masjid al-Haram. According to your preference and available time, you may also explore Jeddah or enjoy a peaceful day of worship in Makkah.

Day 08 :

Departure for Madinah

Complete your preparations and check out from the Makkah hotel. Proceed towards Madinah using the arranged transportation.

Day 09 :

Arrival in Madinah

Arrive in Madinah, complete hotel check-in, and proceed to Masjid an-Nabawi for prayers and worship.

Day 10 :

Masjid an-Nabawi

Spend the day in Madinah and offer prayers at Masjid an-Nabawi. Take time for personal duas, worship, and spiritual reflection.

Day 11 :

Worship in Madinah

Continue your spiritual journey with prayers at Masjid an-Nabawi and spend the day peacefully in worship and reflection.

Day 12 :

Worship & Explore Madinah

Offer prayers at Masjid an-Nabawi and, according to your convenience, explore Madinah and its surrounding attractions.

Day 13 :

Prayers at Masjid an-Nabawi

Spend the day in worship and offer prayers at Masjid an-Nabawi while making the most of your time in the blessed city of Madinah.

Day 14 :

Final Day in Madinah

Offer prayers at Masjid an-Nabawi and spend your final day in Madinah in worship, reflection, and personal duas.

Day 15 :

Return Journey to India

Check out from the hotel, collect your luggage, and proceed to the airport for your return flight to India, concluding your 15-day Deluxe Umrah journey with Aayat Travel.

This Budget Package excludes luxury amenities.
A fully vaccinated person must present their vaccination certificate.
Any changes in airfare or visa fees must be paid before departure.
Low-cost or budget airlines do not offer child fares.
The budget Umrah package accommodates 05-06 pilgrims per room.
Room services are not included; they vary depending on the hotel.
Room services are not standard across all hotels and may vary. Cleaning frequency occurs every 2 to 3 days. If the cleaners haven’t cleaned your room by then, tell the reception. Should room service still not be available, kindly contact our team.
Ziyarat and meal timings are fixed and must be adhered to.
Meal times are set. so please must be strictly followed. Breakfast is from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM. Lunch is from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM. Dinner is from 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
Drinking water is available only in the mess.
In Mecca and Medina, the standard check-in time is 4 pm, with check-out set for 12 pm. Arriving at the hotel earlier may delay getting your room. They clean the rooms after check-out before guests can use them. Please note: The Saudi government’s rules require check-in at 4 pm and check-out by 12 pm.
The permit for Riyaz Ul Jannah is not included; pilgrims can obtain it via the NUSUK app launched by the Saudi government.
The grant of visas is at the sole discretion of the KSA embassy and we are not liable for rejection, delay, or mistakes in Umrah visas from the KSA embassy, and visa fees are non-refundable nor are we responsible for the delay or deferral of flight.
If the KSA Embassy delays or rejects the visa, we cannot assume responsibility. We do not bear liability for any impact on flight issuance. The visa fee remains non-refundable. You will be accountable for cancellation fees associated with issued tickets. If you wish to change or postpone dates, you must cover the airline’s charges.
In the scenario where the designated hotel for your Umrah journey in Mecca and Medina is Not available due to service-related issues or other circumstances. Equal-quality accommodation at an equal distance will be provided.
We are not accountable for any delays, postponements, or cancellations in flight schedules. Such matters fall entirely under the airlines’ jurisdiction, and beyond our control or responsibility. Flights are frequently subject to delays for reasons such as technical issues, changes in weather, airline strikes, or cancellations under unforeseen circumstances. Your understanding during these events would be appreciated.
If the airline delays, postpones or cancels the flight, we are not responsible. These disruptions often come from factors beyond our control. They include technical issues, weather changes, and airline strikes or whatever. The airline handles these. If you need to reschedule, change dates, or make urgent flight plans, note that charges will apply.
If there’s a fluctuation in SAR, the difference must be paid before departure.
The distance from the hotel to Masjid e Nabawi and Haram Sharif may vary across platforms; we measure it from their boundaries to the hotel.

The tour operator/guide is not liable for lost luggage.
Hotels in Mecca and Medina do not provide toiletries such as towels and buckets.
We are not responsible for passport or luggage loss or theft at airports.
Pilgrims needing a wheelchair should bring their own.
Talbiya Umrah kit which contains one backpack bag and one shoulder bag will be collected from our office.
Laundry service is accessible Two in Mecca and once in Medina, with a limit of 4 pieces per person in Medina.
If your package includes sharing transport, delays may occur at Jeddah Airport. You may wait for the bus and other transport or Ziyarat plans. This is especially true during festivals like Muharram, Ramzan, Eid, and Milad Un Nabi. or due to heavy rush. Additionally, unexpected emergencies declared by the Saudi government may also impact schedules.
